As part of our school values system we have three pillars which we base much of our founding principals on, Charity, Community and Citizenship.

This year our children voted as part of Pupil Voice through the School Council to support one main charity – the Murray Parish Trust. This has involved multiple activities and fundraising initiatives over the last academic year. We’d like to thank all of our children and parents who have wholeheartedly supported both our main charity and our fundraising activities for the Ukraine Appeal.

A special mention must go out to Edie and Amaya in Year 3 who were completely entrepreneurial and made lots of loom band jewellery and asked if they could set up a stall in school to help raise money for the Murray Parish Trust.

Also we must also congratulate Kalina, who baked and produced cakes for our recent school fayre, and raised £80 on behalf of the Ukrainian Refugees for UNICEF.

Our Hampshire Hare ‘The Elder Hare’ is currently on display at The Arc, Winchester (formerly Winchester Discovery Centre) all Summer as part of the Hampshire Hares Art Trail as part of the Murray Parish Trust summer fundraising drive. The Elder Hare will come back to us in the Autumn Term to be permanently placed within the school grounds.
