| Year 4
Year 4 has been taking the opportunity of the fine weather to use nature in their learning. Last week we explored the front lawn and the rhododendron bushes to create our very own ‘Stig of the Dump’ dens. The children’s creativity saw shelves being put up, fire pits created and washing up areas installed in their outdoor residences.
We have also been inspired by nature to create our very own mandala patterns; the children were amazed at the variety of plants and natural materials they could find on their scavenger hunt and how beautiful their finished creations were.
