| Year 4

We woke up to a beautiful sunny autumn day when Year Four excitedly went on their eagerly anticipated nature walk.
The children had time to explore the outdoors and examine the wonders of the wooded areas around Hiltingbury Lakes.

The activity of leaf and bark rubbing was an exercise in mindfulness - allowing our children time to stop and concentrate on the moment, hence boosting their mood and general wellbeing.

The colours of the autumn leaves on the trees were stunning and Year Four took time to pause and look at the near perfect reflection of the foliage in the still waters of the lake.
