Netball
On Wednesday, 5th October Sherborne House hosted both football and netball matches against Boundary Oak School. The U10/11 B team was a large squad for this 5 a side match but the girls displayed determination and with increased accuracy in their shooting the team won 7-3. Kalina was the Player of the Match for her improved shooting performance.
The U11 A team played their third local league match against Boundary Oak and made a strong, quick start to the game. Fast passes and speedy movement from the team gave them a clear advantage and they finished the match winning 13-3. Imogen and Adishri shared the Player of the Match award for their versatile play.
Football
On Wednesday, the boys hosted Boundary Oak U11's at home. The U11A team were looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the season and they were forced to work hard for the result. After behind behind through an early goal, Sherborne managed to fight back to earn a 4-3 victory. The U11B team had a close match with lots of goalmouth action. The boys grew into the game and worked well as a team, but unfortunately were unable to score, ending up at the wrong end of a 1-0 defeat.
