Children at Sherborne House have been extremely lucky to be offered places for the Lidl Tough Mudder at Holmwood Farm, Faygate as part of the Tough Mudder Ambassador Programme, taking place this weekend.

Lidl Mudder is a four-lap obstacle course through muddy trenches, over cargo nets and monkey bars to name a few of the obstacles. By taking part in this, the children are not only raising vital funds for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, but are also challenging themselves by taking part in an activity which involves not only physical fitness but also mental determination and perseverance.

The children will be participating on both days this weekend, and Mrs Lee will be volunteering on the course on Saturday to support the children. On Sunday, which is the last full event of the season, Mrs Lee will be running the 10-mile course.

If you have not already sponsored our intrepid children, sponsor forms are available from the office or the music room. Four children have already participated in August and have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to take part. In fact, two children enjoyed it so much that they are taking part again this weekend!

Good luck Sherborne House!!
