| Year 6
Year 6 reviewed and created maths games.
Last week Year 6 spent some time exploring new maths games and equipment. The children were given the task of reviewing some new maths resources and recommending which year group they thought the games were suitable for. Every child enjoyed reviewing the games and used their own personal experience and judgements to suggest which year groups the games may be suitable for.
Building on from this, Year 6 spent the next lesson exploring new maths resources; getting creative when trying to generate new ideas and methods of learning. The groups were given objective documents and had to decide how they could use the equipment given to design a purposeful game for either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
