The children in Years 3-6 have been asked to keep their own activity diary of any exercises or physical activity they complete during the week. They will then describe the activity and record how long they were doing it. This will hopefully give them an awareness of how active they have been and encourage them to have down time away from laptops, iPads and other devices. They have been asked to include photographs and short video clips to illustrate their energetic endeavours!
