What an egg-stravagant end to the term!

Early Years have had a busy week with preparations for their Mother’s Day afternoon tea and a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny.

Earlier today, the children hosted a lovely Mother’s Day afternoon tea and the children performed heartfelt songs which they had been learning. In their own words, they shared why they felt their Mummies were special and gifted them with biscuits that they had made, then sat down to enjoy some delicious tea and cakes.

The children did fantastically well to learn all the songs and their special words for their Mummies. Watching their confidence grow throughout rehearsals was amazing to see and the children did a brilliant job today of showcasing self-confidence and independence on stage. Well done to the children for also working together collaboratively on this project and supporting each other throughout.

Earlier in the day, the children enjoyed a special visit from the Easter Bunny who had brought some egg-citing deliveries to school. The children did a great job of completing the games and were rewarded with a chocolate egg. They even had an opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny too! A great way to end a term of hard work and progression from all the children.
