| Year 4
The children of Year 4 have been enjoying their history lessons learning all about the Celts.
They were fascinated to research what the outside and inside of the houses looked like, answering questions such as ‘how were they built?’. They went on to research the reasons for the locations the Celts chose to build their homes and they discovered that they were often located near forests and rivers. To enhance their learning further the children were asked to make their own models of Celtic roundhouses using materials of their choice. The models were absolutely amazing and were extremely accurate representations of the roundhouses. All the children in 4W and 4M enjoyed sharing their wonderful models - you can see a few examples in our Pupils' Work Gallery - well done Year 4 you have all worked so hard!
