We are all familiar with ‘evil stepmothers’, horrible witches and wicked queens.

Think you know the true stories of The Three Little Pigs, Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Hansel and Gretel?

Well, think again. We have news for you!

For our 1st of the Month Creative Writing Challenge on Monday 1st March, we were set the task of creating a story spoon villain or hero to use as inspiration for our writing.

We then considered some well-known fairy tales and traditional tales before ‘turning the tables’ to offer the villain’s perspective instead.
