Our teachers were really excited to take part in The RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch last weekend; running from Friday 29th January to Sunday 31st January.

They wanted to get up close and personal with the wildlife in their gardens and encouraged our children to participate.

Every year the RSPB ask that you spend one hour of one of the days observing and counting the number of birds that visit your garden. This was an opportunity for us to take part in the world's largest wildlife survey, gathering important research on the decline or rise of common garden birds and allows the RSPB to track the movements of our UK species.
