Last week, Sherborne House School took part in Children's Mental Health Week.
The assembly focus on Monday was about being brave in talking about feelings when something was worrying or difficult. Written homework was swapped in order to allow time for activities that encouraged talking and boosting positive mental health. On the Thursday, everyone took part in 'Take 10 to Talk', using the staff meeting and form time to talk to others through sharing questions and answers.
