What Can We Hear?

Reception turnt on their listening ears and went for a listening walk!

On Tuesday, Reception took their learning outdoors and went on a listening walk. The children quietly walked around the school grounds and drew the different sounds they could hear. Listening walks are a fun and exciting way for children to develop their listening and attention skills. It also supports the children’s communication and language development as it gives the children opportunities to speak and listen in a range of situations, and to develop their confidence and skills in expressing themselves.
