Dunhurst

Report: The U10/11 A team are on a mission at the moment. They have been challenged with the task of taking more responsibility for their development and they are starting to get there! Great communication, teamwork and commitment meant that the boys were ruthless in defence and incredibly effective when on the attack. Other than the 5 goals that did go in, there were some fantastic shots, especially two from Archie and Aman! Thomas was on fire with some brilliant mid-air saves and a fantastic penalty save.

Report: This U10/11 were brilliant to watch! The referee from Dunhurst made an effort to come and tell me how amazing the boys behaved and carried themselves on the pitch. This game was a real nail biter and no team could tell which way it was going. From 1-0 to 1-1 to 2-1, to 2 all, 3-2, to 3 all, to 4-3 to 4 all! Both teams were working so hard but luckily we had Thomas on our team who smashed the ball in to the back of the opposition net and took us to 5-4. Throughout the game William (C) was a calming influence and led the boys superbly well

Although faced with strong opposition, they never lost heart and continued to battle for the entire game. Their team spirit was fabulous to see. Special mentions should go to Andrew and Ammar (for their defensive efforts) and Charles for his wonderful work rate, continuous running from end to end, to support his team mates.
